Lita – Child Safety Standards
Lita is an interactive social and entertainment platform designed for real-time communication. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment and enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
1. Zero Tolerance Policy
Lita strictly prohibits:
- Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Any sexualized interaction involving minors
- Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to exploit minors
Any violation will result in immediate enforcement actions, including permanent account termination.
2. Adults-Only Policy
- Lita is strictly limited to users who are 18 years of age or older
- We do not allow minors to create accounts or access the platform
- We actively take measures to detect, prevent, and remove underage users
Accounts identified as belonging to minors will be immediately suspended or permanently banned.
3. Proactive Detection & Risk Prevention
To mitigate risks associated with real-time interaction, Lita implements:
- Automated monitoring systems for text, audio, and behavioral signals
- Risk-based detection models targeting suspicious patterns (e.g., grooming behavior)
- Continuous improvement of safety algorithms
4. User Reporting & Safety Controls
Users can:
- Report users, content, or behavior directly within the app
- Block or restrict interactions with other users
Reports related to child safety are prioritized and handled with urgency.
5. Moderation & Enforcement Actions
Lita applies a combination of automated systems and trained moderation teams to:
- Review flagged content and user behavior
- Remove violating content
- Suspend or permanently ban accounts
- Restrict or disable platform features
6. Escalation & Law Enforcement Cooperation
For confirmed or high-risk cases involving CSAE/CSAM:
- Lita may escalate the case internally for urgent handling
- Lita will cooperate with relevant law enforcement authorities when required
- We comply with applicable reporting obligations under relevant laws
7. Legal Compliance
Lita complies with all applicable child protection laws and regulations across the regions where we operate, including Southeast Asia.
